Chris Caputo, President


Chris Caputo is the owner and operator of MetroMediaWorks, an internet and marketing firm serving South Florida. He has a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the New York Institute of Technology and is completing a Masters in Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University. His past jobs titles include vice president of technology for 944 Magazine and director of technology for Mirabel Technologies. He has over a decade of experience in internet space.

The young entrepreneur is an active member of his community – he serves on the board of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s Gay & Lesbian Business Exchange (GLBX), is on the board of Pride Center of Fort Lauderdale, is a member of the Rainbow Business Coalition, a member of Pride Center’s Varsity Club along with Pride Center’s Founder’s Circle and SunServe’s Guardian Circle. He has a passion for fundraising and participates in events to raise funds for HIV/AIDS related charities in South Florida.

Caputo likes to stay active, not only in his community and business, but also in life. He enjoys running, biking and swimming in his spare time.

Anurag Pal, Sr. Software Engineer


MetroMediaWorks Senior Software Engineer Anurag Pal is passionate about his work. He received his Bachelor Of Business Administration from India and then, per his interest in computers, switched his educational focus and received his Masters of Science in Information Technology.

He has seven years of experience in LAMP software and with Ruby on Rails programming. Before switching to web development, he worked for a company which developed desktop applications in Visual Basic programming. He has used his expertise for many websites, including Myindospace, GreatHawaiiVacations, azoogleads, Onlineintel, and Game Transfer Utility.

“Here my work is not constrained to the development,“ he said. “I am indulging into the full life cycle of the project. I am taking to the next step to guide projects using AGILE methodology. Here, I am regularly doing new things to improve business processes, marketing campaigns, and web site usability.”
